Zamarks is a growth marketing consultancy for businesses in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Europe. Senior people set your positioning and run the campaigns and content that turn attention into pipeline, and because the same firm runs financial strategy, the budget can be tied to what a customer is worth.

What does a growth marketing consultancy deliver?
As a growth marketing consultancy for Saudi Arabia and the UAE, Zamarks covers five areas: brand and positioning, performance and paid media, content and SEO strategy, lifecycle and retention, and analytics and attribution. A senior team plans and runs all five, and we optimize the work against revenue and qualified demand.
Brand and positioning
Who you are for and why they should choose you, settled before any campaign starts.
Performance and paid media
Paid campaigns judged on the qualified demand and revenue they produce, not on impressions.
Content and SEO strategy
Content and search visibility that earn demand you don't pay for per click.
Lifecycle and retention
Marketing after the first sale, so more of the customers you win stay and buy again.
Analytics and attribution
Spend tied to the pipeline it produces, reported against the metrics agreed in the plan.
Agency or consultancy: what should you hire for growth?
You need both: a plan worth running, and people who run it well. Zamarks is a marketing consultancy for businesses in Saudi Arabia and the UAE that also delivers: the senior people who set your positioning and plan your campaigns are the people who run them, so strategy and execution never drift apart.
Whether you are shortlisting a growth marketing agency in Saudi Arabia, a B2B marketing agency in Dubai or a marketing strategy consultant, the label matters less than who does the work. An agency is often hired to run channels against a brief. A consultant is often hired to write the brief. When those are different firms, the plan and the execution answer to different people.
Questions to ask any agency or consultancy before you sign:
- Who plans the work, and are they the people who run it?
- What is the work measured on: impressions and clicks, or revenue and qualified demand?
- Who owns the plan when a channel underperforms?
- How does the marketing connect to your website, your systems and your numbers?
- How will you see progress, trade-offs and risks between reports?
Why do brand and positioning come first?
Positioning decides who you are for and why they should choose you over the alternatives. Brand strategy starts there, and we settle it first because every campaign, page and message that follows depends on it.
Positioning is a working decision, not a logo. It answers four questions:
- Which buyers you are for, and which you are not.
- Which problem you solve for them, in their words.
- What proof makes the claim believable.
- What sets you apart from the alternatives they already know.
For a company entering Saudi Arabia from Europe or the UAE, positioning is also the first go-to-market decision. A go-to-market strategy for Saudi Arabia starts with which buyers to reach first and what they need to see before they buy. Channels and budget follow from that.
Performance and paid media: what should they be judged on?
On qualified demand and revenue, not impressions or clicks. Paid media buys attention, so the plan sets which pipeline metrics each channel must move, and we report against them.
Hold any performance marketing agency, in Dubai, Riyadh or anywhere else, to the same standard. Reach and clicks show that an ad ran. Pipeline and revenue show that it worked.
Both markets are almost entirely online:
- Saudi Arabia had 34.4 million internet users at the end of 2025, an online penetration of 99.0 percent.
- The UAE had 11.3 million internet users at the end of 2025, also at 99.0 percent penetration.
- Snap's advertising resources showed 25.3 million Snapchat users in Saudi Arabia in late 2025, an ad reach equal to 72.9 percent of the total population.
- LinkedIn's advertising resources showed 12.0 million members in Saudi Arabia in late 2025. That counts total registered members, not monthly active users, so it cannot be compared directly with other platforms' reach.
These figures describe the audience, not a channel plan. The channel mix follows your buyer and your numbers.
Creator and influencer campaigns carry their own rules. What follows is a summary, not legal advice:
- Saudi Arabia: a Saudipedia article dated June 2023 says the Mawthooq license, under the General Authority of Media Regulation, is mandatory for individuals who advertise on social media. Advertising a government entity's event or activity is exempt, as is an individual advertising their own product or service on their personal account.
- Among the ten obligations that article lists for license holders: clearly showing that content is an advertisement or promotional material, whether paid or unpaid, and not advertising without a written contract or agreement.
- The article dates from June 2023. Check the current General Authority of Media Regulation rules before a creator campaign.
- UAE: The National reported on 30 July 2025 that the UAE Media Council would require anyone showing promotional content on social media, paid or unpaid, to hold an advertiser permit, after a three-month grace period. People promoting their own product or service, or a company they own, through a personal account are exempt, as are under-18s in educational, athletic, cultural or awareness activities. Confirm the current rules with the UAE Media Council.

Content and SEO strategy: what changes when Google shows AI answers?
Less than it seems. Google says there are no additional technical requirements for a page to be eligible to appear as a supporting link in AI Overviews or AI Mode: it must be indexed and eligible to show in Google Search with a snippet. Content and SEO strategy still earns the demand you don't pay for per click.
Google also says specific optimization isn't required for AI Overviews and AI Mode, and that existing SEO fundamentals remain worthwhile. Its examples include making sure structured data matches the visible text on the page, and checking that Merchant Center and Business Profile information is up to date.
Those statements cover Google's own features. They say nothing about ChatGPT, Perplexity or other generative engines.
Research on those engines finds that the content itself matters. Aggarwal et al., in a paper accepted to KDD 2024, report that changes to content can raise its visibility in generative engine responses by up to 40 percent, and that how well each method works varies by domain.
What that means for a content plan:
- Fundamentals first: pages that can be crawled, indexed and shown with a snippet.
- Pages that answer the questions buyers ask, plainly and early.
- Structured data that says what the page says.
- Content measured like every other channel, on qualified demand and revenue.

Why do lifecycle and retention matter for growth?
Growth that lasts comes from customers who stay and buy again, not only from new ones. Lifecycle and retention work covers what happens after the first sale, from onboarding to repeat purchase, so the customers you paid to acquire become worth what they cost.
Retention changes the arithmetic of acquisition. A customer who stays longer is worth more, and that changes what you can afford to pay to win the next one.
Our financial strategy team models that value as part of unit economics, so retention work is sized against real numbers rather than a guess.
The questions lifecycle work answers:
- Where new customers stall before they reach the value they paid for.
- Which customers come back, and what brought them back.
- Which customers are about to leave, and what would keep them.
How do you know which marketing spend produces pipeline?
You agree the metrics before the spend, then measure every channel against them. Analytics and attribution ties marketing to revenue and qualified demand, and senior people report progress against the metrics agreed in the plan.
Every attribution model simplifies how a buyer decided. The useful test is whether it is good enough to move budget, so the plan names the model, what it counts and what it leaves out.
What a useful progress review shows:
- Spend by channel, next to the qualified demand and revenue it produced.
- Progress against the metrics agreed in the plan.
- Trade-offs and risks as they happen, not at quarter end.
- Where to put more budget, and what to stop.
How does a growth marketing engagement run?
In four steps, each owned by senior people: discover, plan, execute and scale. You see progress, trade-offs and risks as they happen, and the people who plan your campaigns run them.
Discover
A focused consultation on your market, your numbers and the outcome you need.
Plan
A scoped roadmap with positioning, channels, owners and success metrics.
Execute
Campaigns and content shipped in tight loops, with regular, honest progress reviews.
Scale
We measure against the metrics we agreed, then put more behind what works.
The same four steps run every Zamarks engagement. See how they work.
What does growth marketing cost?
It depends on scope, channels and content volume, and we say so up front. We don't publish fixed prices: Individual Experts work at transparent hourly rates, a Project Package carries a fixed scope and a predictable investment, and a Retainer scales up or down as needed.
What moves the scope:
- The markets you sell in: Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Europe or several.
- The channels in the plan.
- How much content the plan needs each month.
- Whether positioning needs settling before campaigns start.
- How much measurement already exists, and how much must be set up.

Why plan marketing with software and finance?
Separate vendors for software, marketing and finance each work to their own plan. We plan them together: finance models what a customer is worth, software builds the pages and integrations, and marketing runs against both.
Zamarks is a consultancy that brings software and ERP engineering, growth marketing and financial strategy under one senior team.
- Unit economics set the budget. Unit economics and pricing from our financial strategy team decide what you can pay to win a customer, before the media plan is fixed.
- Pages ship with the campaign. Web platforms and integrations come from our software team, so the marketing has somewhere to land.
- One accountable team answers for the plan, the spend and the results.
